What is the cancellation policy for direct reservations?
24-hour cancellation policy unless reservations booked on promotion or non-refundable packages.
Is a pre-authorization required on check in?
A pre-authorisation is only required when paying by cash. A cash bond of $250 is required on check in.
Is smoking allowed?
All rooms are non-smoking.
Events and Meetings
There is no conference and event space available.
Is onsite parking available?
Yes – Complimentary parking is available with 1 car space per room. Additional carparking is available upon request or street parking available.
Is there extra bedding available?
No
Is there cots available?
Yes – $10 per stay
is there laundry facilities onsite?
Yes – Available for all guests and are coin operated. Washing machine & dryers are $2 per load.
Are there elevators onsite?
No
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed on the property with exception of assistance dogs.

Yes we have wheelchair accessible rooms available.

Yes – there are some steps on entry to reception however pathway available.
